摘要
对铸铁轧辊凝固过程的温度场及体积变化规律进行了计算机模拟。经过大量的试验确认铸铁轧辊的无冒口铸造是可行的，并实际生产了无冒口铸铁轧辊。该工艺操作方便，适用性强，经济效益显著。
omputer Simulation of volumetric changes of cast iron rolls during solidification process has been carried out. Based on calculation and experiments,it is indicated that it is possible to produce sound cast iron rolls without riser' Moreover, riseness cast iron rolls have been propuced in practice. The new technique is convenient and will bring enoromous benefit.
