摘要
本文应用无创脉搏氧监测仪（ＰＯＭ）对４４例全麻术后病人脉搏氧饱和度（ＳｐＯ２）进行连续监测．结果表明：全麻术后的病人由于麻醉和手术等因素，２９．５％存在轻、中度低氧血症，６．８％存在重度低氧血症．在恢复室经吸氧和镇痛治疗后，低氧血症得以纠正，这对促进病人的康复具有重要意义。
Arterial oxygen saturation was postoperatively monitored in 44 patients with general anesthesia by pulse oximeter.The results showed that 29. 5% patients presented with slight and moderate hypoxemia and 6.8% patients with serious hypoxemia because of anesthesia and operation. The hypoxemia was corrected after full assuaging pain and inspiring oxygen in a recovery room,which plays an important role in the recovery of the patients.
