摘要
复方制剂中氨基比林与溴甲酚绿形成稳定的离于对，用氯仿萃取后在４１６．８ｎｍ处测定吸收度．回收率为９９．８０％，相对标准偏差为０．９２％（ｎ＝５）。方法简便快速，结果准确可靠。
Assay of aminopyrine in co - preparations by ion - pair extraction spectrophotometry was reported.Aminopyrine in co-preparations formed a stable ion-pair with bromocresol green in pH 3. 6 buffer solution.The ion-pair was extracted with cholorform, then determinated at wavelength 416.8nm.The average recoveries and relative standard deviation were 99.80%,0.92% respectively.This method is rapid, simple and precise.
