摘要
外伤后急性脑肿胀是脑外伤的严重并发症，是影响脑外伤预后的重要因素。临床上较少见。ＣＴ的临床应用使其诊断已不困难，但确切病理机制仍未明确，处理也较棘手。本文报告３８例，就其发生机制、诊断及处理方法进行了探讨。
Acute posttraumatic cerebral swelling is a severe complication and animportant factor influencing prognosis of the patients with brain injury. It is often seenclinically. Although it is not difficult to diagnose the disease by use of CT, it is still not easyto explain the exact pathological mechanism and to treat the patients. In this study, 38 casesof acute posttraumatic cerebral swelling were reported and the treatment was discussed.
