1984—1987年开展了投施蚯蚓、蚓粪和接种菌根对柑桔植株和土壤酶活性效应的研究,获得以下效果:①在塑料容器中投蚯蚓不会伤害柑桔根系,并能促进柑桔的菌根感染,其感染率可达88%左右;②在多种无土基质配方中混入蚓粪,能使有机质和含磷量分别提高0.029—0.225和0.5—1倍;③蚓粪混入容器育苗的无土基质中,使转化酶与过氧化氢酶活性分别增加10%及40%,但脲酶活性略有下降;果园中施蚯蚓、蚓粪使土壤中三种酶的活性增加,其中蚓粪使转化酶与过氧化氢酶的活性增加幅度较大。而投施蚯蚓增加脲酶活性最大。④无土基质中的枳实生苗加入蚓粪又接种菌根的比单加入蚓粪的株高增加1.62倍,比单接种菌根的株高增加2.61倍.
This research aimed at finding the benefit to grow citrus plant and soil enzyme activities after putting in earthworm, casting, and inoculating V-A mycorrhiza. Experiments were carried out from 1984 to 1987 by YuZhou University of Chongqing City Sichuan province. The results are as follows: 1 Citrus root system would not be hurt by putting earthworm in plastic container. And it helped V-A mycorrhiza infecting of trifoliate orange. The highest rate of infection was as much as 87% or so. 2 By mixing casting into soilless media prescription, organic substance and phosphorus content can increase by more than 5%,0.8% respectively and the infection rate of trifoliate orange in the container was about 30% which was much higher than that in the Soil. 3 The transformation enzyme and hydrogen peroxidase increased by 2 times and 5 times respectively, but the urease activity was decreased slightly. When earthworm and casting were put in orchard, the activities of all these three enzymes increased. Putting in casting effects to the activities of transformation enzyme and hydrogen peroxidase, and putting in earthworm effects to the urease activity more. 4 The height of plant and the plant dry matter of trifoliate orange seedling from the treatment of putting both casting and inoculating V-A mycorrhiza in soilless medium, comparing with only putting in casting, increased by 1.60 times and 2.60 times respectively, and comparing with only inoculating V-A mycorrhiza, increased by times and times respetcively.
