强振反冲式生物滤池的应用效果及对高炉生产用水影响的研究

摘要 利用工厂余热水进行水产养殖,必须对鱼池排放水作净化处理,延缓结垢时间。本文介绍的过滤池兼有物理,化学和生物三种水处理性能,采用强振装置(振动棒),结合水力的上下冲洗,将滤料表面和其间的污物除去。据实验,87.6立方米的滤料,2个人在2小时内即可冲洗完毕,效果极佳。 In a system which uses plant-discharged warm water in fish farming and reuses the water from the fish pond, water discharged from fish pond must be purified to reduce scaling. The filter tank introduced in this paper incorporates physical, chemical and biological water-processing mechanisms. Dirt in the surface of filtering material is removed through vibration and water scouring. According to experiment, filtering material to 87.6cm^2 can be cleaned in two hours by two workers
