摘要
托盘连续速冻机是一种新型冻结装置,原由外贸部门从国外引进,用于速冻蔬菜。近年来,浙江省海洋水产养殖研究所对其作了消化改进,自行设计和制造了用于水产品冷库的这种新型装置,效果良好。同常用装置相比较,它具有生产连续、温度均衡,冻结快速、时间可调和操作常温等明显优点,除特大型的整条鱼外,一般的中小型整条鱼都可适用,尤宜于冷冻小包装生产。
Running-tray freezer is a kind of up-to-date freezing plant, which was originally imported by froeign trade deparment for vegetable quick free- zing. Recently, on the basis of investigation and modification to the imported prototype, reserch wo- rkers in Zhejiang Marine Aquiculture Resereh In- stitute developed a version of running-tray freezer which is suitable for fish cold-storage. Compared with ordinary plants, the new one is apparently favourable in following aspects: continueous prod- uetion, even temperatures of frozen products, high speed freezing, adjustable freezing time, as well as handling in room temprature etc. Except for extra-large-sized full fish, the plant is suitable for almost all kinds of fish products especilly for freezing of small packed products.
