摘要
本文通过对316Ti奥氏体不锈钢焊接接头在55℃的静态钠中,经过1500小时受80%的(?)应力作用下腐蚀行为的研究,进行了ASE,ASE以及剖面观察,发现316Ti在拉应力作用下腐蚀膜不致密,焊缝的抗蚀性能低于母材,焊缝中抗蚀性能下降的原因是由于δ铁素体中Cr优先溶解.
The authors studied weld joint corrosion of 316 Ti austenttic stainless steel un-der 80% yield strees for 1500 hours in liquid static sodium at the temperature of 550℃.We used AES and ASE, observed the cross section and found that the corrosion film was not close enough and the corrosion-resistance of the weld is poorer than that of the base metal because the solution of Cr in the ferrite is prior to other elements.
