摘要
织网机的运动主要是由上钩,下钩及孔板凸轮进行控制。因此对凸轮曲线的研究可以看作对织网机的精确设计提供了理论上的依据。本文就织网机的凸轮设计过程给出了一个新模式。由于篇幅等原因,本文仅举下钩前后运动控制凸轮为例,应用计算机辅助设计的方法,来阐述这一设计过程。由这个方法得到的凸轮曲线对现代化的凸轮机加工技术亦会带来许多方便。
Netting process is mainly governed by a nu- mber of cams,therefore,the research on the cam curves,which are regarded as a part of precise de- sign for the netting machine,is very important. This article describes a new method of designing netting machine cams.One of the low-hook con- trol cams,as a designing example,is taken into account and CAD method is also used to elaborate the designing procedure.These theoretical cam cu- rves are beneficial to the modern machining techn- ology.
