With the developments of pouneh food pro- duction and prawn culture,further researeh on plate freezer is on-going.The article presents the details of applfying various liquid supply forms for plate freezer such as thermodynamic expansi- on valve,natural circulation and forced circulati- on by liquid pump,including liquid supply syst- em with ejector pump.
