摘要
油菜种子经人工老化处理(40℃,100%RH),其发芽率和发芽势显著下降,SOD活性和POD活性下降,而浸出液电导率升高,MDA含量增加,说明油菜种子的膜脂过氧化加剧,膜结构被破坏.因此,可以认为油菜种子人工老化与膜脂的过氧化直接相关.
Rapeseed (Brassica Chinensis L) variety Yuyou No. 4 was subjected to artificial aging under 40℃, 100% RH for 1-4 days, the relationship between artificial aging and membrane lipid peroxidation was studied. The results indicated that in response to the artificial aging, the germination percentage of rapeseed decreased markably, membrane permeability and contents of malondialdehyde (MDA),an index of membrane lipid peroxidation, increased, but activities of peroxidase (POD ) and superoxide dismutase (SOD)decreased. It is reasonable to suggest that membrane lipid peroxidation may play an important role in artificial aging of rapeseed.
