In this paper proceed from a different angle on the health of human body and environmental protection, expounded to the necessity of exploit on the non-phosphorus and non-aluminium. Made up a test prescription and an experiment in physics and chemistry, two new prescription is optiumed. Experiment show that the target of detergent power, pH and foaming strength are attain to the standard. This new variety put on the market, it going to bring about great social benefit.
