本文在调查研究的基础上，对我省房地产业存在的问题进行了比较系统的分析、认为体制不顺、房价过高、管理滞后已构成影响我省房地产业持续健康发展的主要障碍，并结合我省实际，提出了解决这些问题的具体途径．

This article, on the basis of social investigation, made a systematic analysis of the problems of the real estate in Henan Province. Such as the administrative system is not clear, the selling price is too high, the management and service are lagging behind. Thinking that the problens have already been the barriers to the developminet of the real estate.According to he actual condition of Hanen Province, the article put forth the relevant ways to solving the problems with a view of continuous development.
