本文利用ＦＩＡ－分光光度计组合装置，以磷钼蓝法为基础，建立了一种环境水样中磷酸根的快速分析法．自制了微型流通比色池，并对实验条件进行了较为细致的研究，测定速度达１２０样次／小时．

In this paper, a new method of determination of phosphate in water sample on earth by flow injection analysis(FIA)-spectrophotometry was established. Using a self-combinatory instrument FIA-spectrophotometer based on the phosphato-molybdic blue method. Moreover, effectsof concentration of reagents and other conditions have been inverstigated. The speed of the Determination is 120times per hour. The Selectivity, reliability and reproducibility were satisfactory.
