浅谈我国煤炭资源开发难易程度及建议

SUPERFICIAL DISCUSS ABOUT EXPLOITING LEVEL OF CHINESE COAL RESOURCE AND PROPOSAL

本文浅述了我国煤炭资源的内外部开发条件，分析了煤炭资源开发的优势与劣势。并根据煤炭资源勘查储量的分布和内外部开发条件的实际，将我国煤炭资源开采难易程度划分为易采、较易采、难采三大类，为合理开发煤炭资源，改变现有开发条件提供了依据。

In this paper,the author has superficially discussed inner and outer exploiting conditionof chinese coal resource,and analysed superiority and inferior position of coal resource ex-ploiting. According to the distribution of coal resource exploration reserves and the actualitiesof inner and outer exploiting condition,the author has divided exploiting level of chinese coalresource into three major kinds:easy exploiting, relative easy exploiting and difficult exploit-ing,provided busis for resonable exploiting coal resource and changing present exploitingcondition.
