微波法快速测定土壤中糖醛酸含量的研究

STUDY ON RAPID DETERMINATION OF CONTENTOF URONIC ACID IN SOIL BY MICRO-WAVE METHOD

利用微波加热技术，在密闭容器内浸提试样，大大加快了分析速度。本文测定了不同土样中的糖醛酸，讨论了各种因素对分析结果的影响，并与经典方法相对照，用ｔ─检验法及Ｆ─检验法检验，没有明显差异，结果令人满意。该法具有省时、省力、经济、不污染环境，宜于批量分析，便于普及推广等优点．

on method of analysis ismuch faster in closed container. In this paper the quantities of Uronic acid in different soilsamples were detected. The effect of different factors on analysis result were also discussed.There was no statistical differences found between the results of this method and those withthe classical method when tested with t-test and F-test, which was satisfactory. this methodis fast. economical, no pollution on environment and is subjected to patch analysis. The au-thor belived that this method is conveient for wide-spread.
