摘要
根据工业TLE的结构特点,作者设计和安装了一套研究TLE结焦的实验装置,研究了轻柴油裂解装置中TLE的结焦过程。提出了轻柴油裂解时TLE结焦机理为传质、冷凝一表面缩聚反应机理。首次证实了在TLE结焦过程中存在着特定的转折温度。当壁面温度高于转折温度时,传质、冷凝过程为结焦过程的控制步骤;反之,表面缩聚反应过程为控制步骤。根据上述TLE结焦机理建立了TLE结焦模型,并对工业装置进行了模拟,模拟结果与工业实测数据吻合。
The cohng process in transfer line exchanger(TLE)was studied by a set of micro-sys-tem for investigating coking process in TLE for quenching pyrolysis reaction ofgas oil whichwas designed and assembled by the authors according to the structural property of industrialTLE。 It was developed from the experiment that the coking mechanism in TLE was masstransfer and condensation一surface polycondensation reaction。 The authors first showed acharacteristic transition temperature of coking process in TLE,The mass transfer and conden-sation process could be the controlling step of coking proeess when the surface temperaturewas higher than the transition point, othertvise,surfaee一polycondenation reaction could bethe controlling step.On the basis of the above一mentioned mechanism,the authors proposed aco king model of TLE and simulated the industrial TLE。The agreement between thesimulation results and observed industrial data was good。
