用补偿变量法加工双变量螺杆的研究

摘要 利用补偿变量原理研制成一种新的加工变深变距螺杆的工艺装置。该装置保持了机床原有性能,采用曲线靠模和摆杆滑块机构输入补偿变量,变刀具匀速进给为变速运动实现双变量螺杆的加工。工装设计计算简单、制造容易、装卸方便。能适用各种变化规律的双变量螺杆的加工,对普通车床有广泛的适应性,具有推广价值。 The newtechnical device is made which processes the depth and pitch variation leadscrewwith a co mpensation variab le input by a curver profile.This device keeps the orignal func-tions of lathe and processes the bivariat leadscrew in the way of changing the cutter′smovement into the variable motion with a compensation variable by a curved profile and a le-ver slipper set. There is only simple calculation involved in designing the curved profile whichcan be very easily made and conveniently loaded or unloaded. this device is appliable for theprocessing of various types of bivariant and is adaptable to ordinary lathe, so it of greatpopularization Value.
