提高糖化酶后提取得率的研究

STUDY ON INCREASING RATE OF GAINING OF AFTER－EXTRACTION OF GLUCOAMYLASE

在四种不同类型生产糖化酶设备的条件下，通过对硫酸钠盐析后提取工艺的实践，系统的研究了影响硫酸钠盐析、过滤、干燥酶活力、滤饼不同含水量及不同酶活力滤饼等各种因素。并对四种不同类型设备的生产工艺进行对比，获得较为理想的新工艺设备一气流干燥法。采用该项工艺得率可达８０％，比国内最低得率（４５％）高７７．７％，较最高得率（６０％）高３３．３％。

In the technology of after-extraction of Glucoamylase by sodium sulfate salting-out，this article，at the base of productive practice of the four sets of equipment， make a systematicstudy on such factors of affacting enzymatic activity as sodium sulfate salting-out， filtration，dry，different water content of filter cake and filter cake with differet enzymatic activity．Af-ter the four sets of equipment were compared, we found a set of more ideal teachnology theequimpent--airflow-dry， by which the rate of gaining can be increased to 80 per cent，respectively up 77．7 per cent and 33．3 per cent from the lowest level（45 per cent）and the high-est level（60 per cent） at home.
