提高糖化酶后提取得率的研究

摘要 在四种不同类型生产糖化酶设备的条件下,通过对硫酸钠盐析后提取工艺的实践,系统的研究了影响硫酸钠盐析、过滤、干燥酶活力、滤饼不同含水量及不同酶活力滤饼等各种因素。并对四种不同类型设备的生产工艺进行对比,获得较为理想的新工艺设备一气流干燥法。采用该项工艺得率可达80%,比国内最低得率(45%)高77.7%,较最高得率(60%)高33.3%。 In the technology of after-extraction of Glucoamylase by sodium sulfate salting-out,this article,at the base of productive practice of the four sets of equipment, make a systematicstudy on such factors of affacting enzymatic activity as sodium sulfate salting-out, filtration,dry,different water content of filter cake and filter cake with differet enzymatic activity.Af-ter the four sets of equipment were compared, we found a set of more ideal teachnology theequimpent--airflow-dry, by which the rate of gaining can be increased to 80 per cent,respectively up 77.7 per cent and 33.3 per cent from the lowest level(45 per cent)and the high-est level(60 per cent) at home.
