聚氨酯非等温催化交联反应动力学研究

摘要 用差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了以有机锡和叔胺类混合物为催化剂,以三羟甲基丙烷为交联剂的聚酯型聚氨酯体系的非等温催化交联反应动力学过程。结果表明,各反应特征温度和反应动力学参数与催化剂的浓度呈非线性关系。催化剂的适宜浓度为0.05~0.075mol。它可使交联反应温度降84.58度,反应区间缩短90.47度,固化率提高11.76%,反应活化能降低48.4%,反应速率提高3倍多。 In this paper,the non-isothermal kinetics on the catalytic crosslinking of polyurethanewas studied by DSC. In the reaction system, the catalyst is a mixture of organic tin and mtrilebase,1,2,3-hydroxy-methyl-propane is the crosslinking agent,and the reaction medium isDMF. The results shown that the relationship between the catalyst concentration(CAT)andthe temperature of crosslinking reaction(T_p)the relationship between CAT and theactivation energy(E)and the relationship between CAT and rate constant(K)is non-linear.A suitable catalyst coneentration(0.05-0.075mol.)makes the Tp drop 84.58 degrees, the E de-crease to 51.6% and the K increase by 300%。
