黑河猪核型、Ag－NOR_s及C－带研究

Study on the karyotype,Ag-NOR_s and C-Bands of Heihe Pigs

采用微量外周血淋巴细胞培养及银染，Ｃ－分带技术，对黑河猪的核型、银染核仁组成区（Ａｇ－ＮＯＲ_ｓ）及Ｃ－带进行了研究。结果表明，其二倍体细胞染色体组成为３８，ｘＹ（公）或３８，ＸＸ（母）；Ａｇ－ＮＯＲ，为１，２，３和４的频率分别为０．１４６１，０．６２ｌ６，０．１８５４和０．０４６９，平均有２．２１条染色体呈银染阳性，Ａｇ－ＮＯＲ_ｓ联会百分率为０．３３％。１３，１５～１８号染色体Ｃ－带多态性研究表明，１３，１５～１７号染色体同源染色体之间大一中型Ｃ－带居多，１８号中－中型，大一中型居多，１０，１６号染色体有插入Ｃ－带。

By using peripheral blood lymphocytes culture and C- banding techniques,thekaryotype,Ag-NOR_s and C-banding patterns for Heihe pig's chromosome were studied.The results showed that the numbers of diploid chromosomes were 38,XY (male)or 38,XX(female);the frequencies of 1,2,3 and 4 Ag-NOR_s were 0.146 1,0.621 6,0. 185 4 and0.046 9,respectively,while the average Ag-NOR_s number was 0. 21 ,the frequency of as-sociations between chromosomes bearing Ag-NOR_s in each metaphase cell was 0. 33%。The C-band polymorphism studies showed that No. 13 and 15～17 exhibited mainly large-medium C- band,and No. 18 appeared to be mainly medium-medium and large-medium C-band.No.10 and 16 exhibited clearly to be the insert C- band.
