Design and Application of Three Dimension Random Sampling Frame

对三因素试验设计在社会经济研究中应用的可能性进行了研究。用劳均农产品提供总量（Ａ）、农产品价格指数（Ｂ）和农村工业劳动力比率（Ｃ）作为３个试验因素，农村人均纯收入为试验目标，３个因素均划分为３个水平，形成２７个水平组合，将河南省１４３个县市按组合归类构成抽样框，随机抽取一个样本进行方差分析和Ｆ检验。结果显示，因素Ｂ，Ｃ和Ｂ×Ｃ交互作用对人均纯收入影响显著，９５％置信区间估计预示因素变化的临界点Ｂ为１０９％，Ｃ为７．０％。同时指出了应用中注意的问题。

This paper studied the feasibility of the application of three factor experiment de-sign to social and economic researches.Three dimension random sampling frame was con-ducted with the mean total product quantity per labor(A),agricultural product price index(B) and the rate of rural industrial labors as three experiment factors;the average ruralnet income per capita as the experinient target. Each of the factors was divided into threedifferent levels ,forming 27 level conibinations. 143 counties of Henan Province were classi-fied based on the combinations. One randomized saniple was taken out from the samplingframe according to the completely randomized sampling. Variance analysis and F-test weredone. The results showed that the effects of factor B ,C and B × C interactionon the net in-come per capita were significant. The 95% confidence intervals of all significant factorswere established and tentatively suggested that the variable critical point of B was about109%,and that of C was 7. 0%. The questions needed paying attention to in the applicationwere pointed out.
