摘要
作者提出了用格里森弧齿锥齿轮代替奥林肯摆线锥齿轮的设计计算新方法,并以粘胶制备后溶解机的奥林肯摆线锥齿轮为实例,详细阐述了格里森制代替奥林肯制的转换设计计算方法及其可行性,对一般传动装置的设计计算具有一定的参考价值。
This paper presents a new method of the design calculation on using Gleason arctaper gear (GATG)instead of Oerlikon pendulum wire taper gear(OPWTG).Taking forexample the OPWTG of the back dissolve machine after the viscose preparation,themethod of the design calculation and the feasibility for transforming taper gear from Oer-likon system into Gleason system are expounded in dedails as well.
