孔位置度综合量规的设计方法研究

Study on the way of Designing the Synthetic Error Gauge for Measuring the Degree of Hole Positions

结合用于ＥＱ－１４０汽车发动机水泵壳体孔位置度检验的综合量现设计，讨论了孔位置度的检验方法，系统探讨了综合量规的设计步骤及方法，即：检测方法的确定，总体结构设计，测量要素的尺寸选择，分析与计算确定等。可作为设计制造量规的参考。

This paper discussed the was of measuring the degree of hole positions. Combinedwith the design of synthetic error gauge which is used to measure the degree of hole posi-tions of the water pump shell of the EQ-140 car engine,the methods and steps of designingthe synthetic error gauge have been systematized,that is,determing the measuring meth-ods, designing the overall structure,selecting,analysing,caculating and determining thesize of the measured key elements,etc. The way can be used as reference for designingmeasuring tools.
