作者采用改良后的银染色技术，观察了蚕豆核仁和ＮＯＲｓ在根尖细胞周期中的动态。结果表明，核仁物质在前期解体后，分布或包埋在染色体中，而不是分散至核基质中；核仁数量的最大值与ＮＯＲ数量相等。

The results of the observations on the developments of nuclei and NORs in Vi-cia faba root tip cell-cycle by the writer's improved silver staining technique are as foll-ows:The nuclear substance was dispersed or contained in the chromosome instead of beingdispersed into the nuclear matrix after earlier disintegration;The maximum number of thenuclei in the species was equal to the number of NOR.
