摘要
SR─100型远红外热板式烘干机主要由保温壳体、供热元件、物料运行传动部分和排湿系统等构成。在烘干过程中,豆粕在链条刮杆的拖动下,沿热板移动,受到了热板上表面的传导加热与强制通风的对流换热,水份迅速从豆粕内排出。远红外热板式烘干机与传统的烘干机相比,远红外辐射加热使豆粕受热均匀,对豆粕从内到外进行烘干,产品质量好,出油率高,节能效果显著。
SR-100 infra─red plate─heating drying machine mainly consists of warm─keeping shell body,heating apparatus,material─transmiting parts and moisture-discharg-ing system etc. In the drying process,dragged by the chained scraping rod.soya beans movealong the heating─plate slowly,they are heated by conduction of the surface of the heat-ing-plate and by convection of forced ventilation. Water is discharged quickly from them.Compared with the traditional drying machines,Steam infra─red plate─heating dryingmachine heats the soya beans evenly and dries them from the inside to the outside by in-fra─red radiation, and thus produces a better drying quality,a higher rate of producing oiland a significant effect of saving energy.
