摘要
1993~1994年研究了不同烘烤条件下烟叶的失水规律及烤后烟叶质量的关系。结果表明,在烘烤过程中烟叶的失水速度均呈现变黄期小、定色期大、干筋期又小的规律性,而且自由水的散失快于结合水。在不同变黄和定色条件下烟叶的失水特性具有不同的变化趋势,影响叶内物质的转化和烟叶形态的变化。其中以低温慢烤烟叶的失水过程与叶内的生理生化变化过程最为协调,烤后烟叶的经济性状最好。
The water loss characteristics of flue-cured tobacco leaves in different curingconditions and its relationship to the quality of the cured leaves were studied in 1993~1994. The results showed that both the ratio and rate of water loss were low in yellowingstage,increased in leaf drying stage and then decreased in stem drying stage during curing.Moreover,the loss of free water wasquicker than that of bound water,and the water losscharateristics of the leaves changed with different yellowing and leaf drying conditions,which affected the conversion of leaf composition and the change of the leaf states. In allthe treatments , the process of water loss was more appropriate for the physiological andbiochemical changes occuring in the leaves when the yellowing temperature was low andthe rate of raising temperature for leaf drying was slow , which resulted in theimprovement of the economic properties of the cured leaves.
