The selection of measurement bandwidth in time domain frequency stability is discussed. In fact, Allan variance is divergent to white phase noise and flicker phase noise. The measurement result is ralated to the high cut-off frequency of the system. This problem is generally described and some views which are worthy to be considered are presented.
