摘要
分别用5μg和15μg的旋毛虫基因重组抗原对小鼠进行腹腔注射免疫,结果于免疫后第4周小鼠体内的抗体效价明显上升,至第7周达到高峰。当每只鼠用90条旋毛虫肌幼虫口服攻击后,抗体效价稍有下降,但到攻虫后的第5周基本回升至攻击前水平。通过人工消化法集虫和计算每克肌肉含虫数(LPG),发现注射5μg抗原蛋白的小鼠,其 LPG比对照鼠的平均减少 7.7%;而注射15μg抗原蛋白的小鼠的 LPG比对照鼠的减少33.5%。试验表明,旋毛虫基因重组抗原对小鼠有一定的免疫保护作用。
Two groups of mice were intraperitoneally inoculated with gene recombinant antigen of Trichinella spiralis at the dose of 5 礸 and 15 礸 respectively. The antibody titer in sera of mice increased obviously 4 weeks after inoculation and reached the high-est peak postinoculation up to 7 weeks. When the immunized mice were orally chal-lenged with 90 muscle larvae per mouse.the titer in the sera had a slight decrease and 5 weeks after challenge it recovered to the level as before. Compared with the control group,the average larvae per gram muscle (LPG) had reduced by 7. 7% in the mice which were administrated 5/礸 antigen and by 33. 5% in the mice received 15 /礸 anti-gen. It was indicated that the gene recombinant antigen of Trichinella spiralis had spe-cific immune protection to mice.
