摘要
以烤烟品种NC89为材料,研究了干旱胁迫对烟叶膜脂过氧化及其保护酶活性的影响。结果表明,在干旱胁迫下烟叶中超氧物歧化酶活性先上升后下降,过氧化物酶活性持续上升,过氧化氢酶活性一直下降,丙二醛含量和细胞膜相对透性逐渐增加。复水2~4天,上述指标均能恢复到处理前水平,表明它们对干旱胁迫的反应都很敏感,而且干旱对烟株的伤害可能与植株体内活性氯代谢失调有关。
The pot experiment with flue-cured tobacco cv. NC89 showed that the ac-tivity of superoxide dismutase in tobacco leaves rose at first and then declined and the activity of peroxidase kept increasing, while the activity of catalase decreased continu-ously under drought stress. At the same time,the content of malondialdehyde and the relative permeability of plasma membrane in the leaves increased gradually. It was also found that all the indexes mentioned above were recovered by rewatering for 2-4 days,which indicated that the responses of these indexes to drought stress were sensi-tive. Furthermore,the injury of drouhgt stress on tobacco plants might relate to the im-balance of endogenous activated oxygen metabolism in the plants.
