摘要
本文研究了在HCI-邻苯二甲酸氢钾缓冲溶液中,茜素紫的极谱行为和极谱波的性质,茜素紫在-0.56V产生良好的极谱波(pH2.5),用多种电化学手段证明了该波是2电子不可逆还原吸附波,该方法已用于金属离子Au(Ⅲ)、Sb(Ⅲ)的测定。
In HCI-potassium biphthalate buffer,the polarographic behavious and polarogrphicwave properties of Alizalin Violet were studied.Gallein,at-0. 56V(vs. SCE),displays a sensitivepolarographic wave(pH2.5).It can be confirmed that electrode reaction refers to 2 electron transfer,the adsorption and irreversibiiity were proved by some electrochemical methods,while the methods todetermination of Au(Ⅲ)and Sb(Ⅲ)were proposed in previous paper。
