摘要
本文拟定用抗坏血酸络合,活性炭吸附的方法分离富集银(Ⅰ),研究了活性炭吸附和解吸银的条件,排除了常见金属阳离子对测定银的干扰,并采用银(Ⅰ)-镉试剂-吐温80分光光度法测定了200ml自来水中微克级的银,回收率在90%-94%。
Silver was complexed byL-ascorbic acid and then was adsorbed on activated carbonpowder in 0.1mol/Lnitric acid solution,silver on activated carbon powder was separated by boilingwith.10ml of 3mol/L nitric acid selution。The amounts of other metal ions such as Cu ̄(2+),Pb ̄(2+),Z ,Fe ̄(3+) etc adsorbed on activated carbon powder were very small at pH 1, they did not inter-fere in the determination of silver.The mthod is simple and sensitive. Microgram level of silver in 200ml water can be determined by spectrophotometry. The methed can be applied to determine the con-tent of silver in tap water. The resuts are satisfaetory.
