摘要
油菜种子经人工老化(45~50℃,RH75.4%)处理,共活力逐渐降低,同时种子内部发生一系列生理生化变化,如膜透性增加,表现为其浸出液屯导率随老化程度加深而增加,外渗物也增多;共贮藏物质的可溶性糖的含量下降,蛋白质和核酸的合成能力均有所下降.
Rapeseed(Brassica campestris L) variety zhengza No.4 was subjected to artificial ag-ing under 45~50℃,75.4% RH for 1-6 days,the relationship between the artificial aging and physio-logical and Biochemical changes was studied.The results indicated that in response to the artificial agingmembrane permeability of rapeseed increased.The content of storage matter in rapeseed such as solublesuger, decreased.The synlhyzing ability of protein and nuclele acid was deteriorating too.
