Through modifying the structure of norfloxacin,thirteen types of norfloxacin deriva-tive were gained.Pharmacological experiment proved that they had strong antibacterial action onEschcrichia coli, Bacillus subtilis and proteins.this paper make a preliminary approach on developingnew medicine.
