摘要 本文介绍了一种利用付里叶反变换和频域反卷积来精确测定脉冲产生器和取样头上升时间的新方法。建立了一个测量系统,并用它实测了Tek S-52脉冲产生器、Tek S-4和TekS-6取样头的上升时间。测量上升时间的精确度达3.5ps。文章中给出了较详细的误差分析。 A new method for accurately measuring the risetime of pulse generator and sampling head using the technique of inverse FFT and deconvolution is presented in this paper. A measurement system of that has been established. The risetime of the pulse generator head Tek S-52 and the sampling head Tek S-4andTekS-6 has been measured on it. The accuracy for risetime measurement about 3.5 ps has been obtained. The error analyses are also described in the paper.
