头盔冲击信号自动测试分析系统

摘要 头盔冲击试验是检验头盔防碰撞性能的一个重要手段,本文从工作原理、系统硬件结构和信号分析原理几方面详细说明了头盔冲击信号自动测试分析系统,并针对冲击信号持续时间短暂(20ms)和AD转换器采样率较高(10kHz)的特点,介绍了本系统所采用的特殊电路和程序思想。经国家级标准计量单位标定,本系统与标准系统相比,其精度和重复性均在1%以内。自1987年7月开始使用以来,已进行上千次试验,实践证明其性能稳定,达到设计要求。 The impact test of helmet plays an important role in the exa- mination of the anticollision property of motorcycle helmet. This paper describes the fundamental principle, the hardware structure and the signal processing procedures of the automatic measurement and analysis system of the motorcycle helmet impact signal in detail, In accordance with the short duration (20ms) of the signal and the high sampling frequency (10kHz)of the AD converter, it introduces two special circuits and the program thought of the system. The system has been calibrated by a national standard measurement unit, the accuracy and the repeatability are around 0.5%. Since July, 1987, when the system has been put into use, it has carried out over thousand tests, and it has proved that the system is steady in properties and satisfied with the design requirements.
