摘要
本文建立了平面对平面垂直度误差最小二乘评定法的数学模型,给出了数据处理程序,并利用微型电子计算机对一组采样数据进行处理,获得了误差值。
The mathematical model for least squire evaluation of perpendicu- larity error of a flat to another one is established. The program for data pro- cessing is given. A group of sampled data has been processed by means of a microcomputer and the perpendicularity error has been obtained as a result.
