P53基因蛋白表达研究中的抗体选择与存在问题

Selection of antibodies and problems in studies on P53 protein accumulation

采用免疫过氧化氢酶法，分析９种Ｐ５３蛋白不同抗体的特性以及Ｐ５３蛋白水平分析中存在的技术问题，结果提示不同的固定方法和抗体可影响Ｐ５３蛋白的测定，目前尚不能用免疫组化的方法区分出野生型和突变型Ｐ５３蛋白。

With the immunoperoxidase method, the characteristics of 9 different P53 antibodies and the problems in P53 protein detection were analyzed. The results indicate that different P53 antibodies and fixation methods may affect the correct determination of P53 proteins and that the wild type and mutant type of P53 proteins can not be differentiated with the present methods of immunohistochemistry.
