摘要
用逆行荧光素双标记法,研究了大白鼠大脑皮质向脊髓及尾壳核的分支投射。将颗粒蓝(GB)及核黄(NY)分别注入9只大白鼠的脊髓及尾壳核,发现皮质脊髓神经元的分布相当广泛,皮质尾壳核神经元的分布区域几乎全部重叠于皮质脊髓神经元所分布的区域内。在大脑皮质的4、3区内,发现荧光素双标记细胞,约占同区内总标记细胞的10%。结果提示大脑皮质内有神经元向脊髓及尾壳核发出分支投射。
Divergent axon collaterals from the cerebral cortex to the spinal cord and the caudateputamen in the rat were examined by means of the fluorescent retrograde double labeling. GB and NY were injected into the spinal cord and the caudate-putamen of 9 rats separately. It was found that the distribution of the corticospinal neurons in the rat was widespread in the cortex,and that the distributive areas of the cortical neurons projecting to the caudate-putamen and the distributive areas of the corticospinal neurons almost wholly overlapped. Many retrograde double labeled cells were observed in the cortical areas 4 and 3, amounting to about 10% of the total labeled cells. The results indicate that some neurons in the areas 4 and 3may divergently project to both the spinal cord and the caudateputamen.
