准分子激光角膜切削术治疗近视179例

Photorefrative keratectomy for treatment of 179 cases myopia

使用准分子激光光学角膜削切术（ＰＲＫ）治疗３２６眼（１７９例）近视度数在－２．２５～ －２０． ００ Ｄ的近视患者，并进行了 ６～１２个月的随访。结果：术前视力 ０．０１～０． ２，术后裸眼视力≥ ０．５者占８９．２６％，其中轻度近视为１００％，中度为９７．３％，重度为８０．０％。角膜混浊均≤Ⅱ级。术 后平均屈光度±１． ００ Ｄ。结果提示 ＰＲＫ是治疗近视的有效方法。

Excimer laser photorefractive keratectomy (PRK) was performed on 179 consecutive pa- tients (326 eyes )whose myopic degree ranged from -2. 25-20. 00 D mean(- 7.00±3. 25) D. After 6 to 12 months' postoperative follow-up,it was found that 89.26% of the patients with the eyesight 0. 01-0. 2 before operation had the maked eyesight ≥0. 5 of whom 100% were mild; 97. 37% moderate and 80. 04% severe. The patients operated on had a spherical refraction ±1. 00 D. The corneal haze of the patients was grade 0 to grade2. The results show that PRK is an effective method of treating myopia.
