定时定向外展牵引复位治疗先天性髋关节脱位

TREATMENT OF CONGENITAL HIP DISLOCATION WITH THE METHOD OF ABDUCENT TRACTION AT REGULAR INTERNAL AND IN CERTAIN DIRECTION

运用自行设计的定时定向外展牵引复位结合指拨分筋外展拨伸手法松解髋关节周围软组织治疗先天性髋关节脱位５４７例（７４６髋），平均随访时间为３年１１个月。结果股骨头包容优良率达９５．４％，髋臼指数平均增加９°，而股骨头缺血性坏死的发生率仅为２％，髋关节自然和轻手法复位占９２％。

patients(746 hips)with congenital hip dislocation(CHD ) were treatedwith the method of abducent,traction and reduction to make loose the soft tissues of hips atregular internals and in certain directions. The average follow-up period covers 3 years and 11months. As a result of the above treatment,The excellent configuration rate of femur head isup to 95.4%,The average acetabula index increases 9°and the INFH rate is 2%. Meanwhile,the natural reduction rate and the reduction rate with genetle massage are 92%. All the aboveindicates that this method not only can acheive reduction of hips without being injured, butalso reduce the INFH rate. This method is reliable in reduction,simple to master,needs noanesthesia,and can be carried out individually.
