郑州地区正常工人肺通气功能参考值的研究

ESTABLISH REFERENCE FIGURES OF NORMAL WORKER PULMONARY VENTILATION FUNCTION TEST IN ZHENGZHOU

肺通气功能是评价职业因素对呼吸道影响的重要指标之一，它除受各种生理因素影响外，还可由于地区、工种不同而有所差异，砂轮制作工肺功能研究，目前国内尚未见报道，而河南省对地面工正常人肺功能测定也未见报道。作者于１９９２年对郑州某砂轮厂健康砂轮制作工３１８例进行了肺通气功能测定，得出了三项肺通气功能的回归方程，并与实例值进行ｔ检验Ｐ＞０．０５，以及用实测值与不同地区、不同工种肺通气功能回归方程也进行ｔ检验Ｐ＜０．０１，证明本文得出的肺通气功能公式可作为郑州地区的参考值，具有较大的实用价值。

Pulmonary ventilation function test is one of the important criteria to evaluatethe occupational factors which influence the respiratory tract.It not only is influenced by thephysiological factors but also varies according to different districts and types of work.It hasnot been reported about the investigation of the puimonary ventilation function test of theworker for grinding wheel manufacturing in our country. The common workers’(air non-poi-soning dust work)pulmonary ventilation function test has not been reported in Henanprovince yet.The writers examined the pulmonary ventilation function of 318 cases who aredoing grinding wheel manufacturing and extablished three regression equations of the pul-monary ventilation function. With the data doing t test, P>0.05. But use the regressionequations of different districtsand different types of work doing t test,P<0.01.This provesthat these data will be of great value to us in Zhengzhou district.
