Ag－NOR分布形态和计数在淋巴结针吸细胞学诊断中的价值

THE VALUE OF Ag-NOR DISTRIBUTION FIGURE AND COUNT IN DIAGNOSIS OF LYMPHONODI FINE-NEEDLE ASPIRATION CYTOLOGY

对１２１例淋巴结针吸细胞涂片，进行银胶染色观察，将Ａｇ－ＮＯＲ分布形态分为五个类型，并复习有关文献。９４．１％良性病变，Ａｇ－ＮＯＲｓ均数≤２。孤立型分布仅见于良性病变，在恶性病变中未发现。９８．１％的恶性病变Ａｇ－ＮＯＲｓ均数≥２．１。Ａｇ－ＮＯＲ颗粒分布形态和平均数在细胞诊断中有价值。

Using silver glue staining and lymphnodi fine-needle aspiration cytologicsmear examination of 121 subjiects were studied and related documents were reviewed.Fivetypes of Ag-NOR distribution figure were divided.The means of Ag-NORs≤2in 94.1%benign pathologic change ,and≥2.1 in 98.1%of malignant.The isolated type distributionsappeared only in benign pathologic process,not in the malignant.The distributions and meansof Ag-NORs granules have the value of cytologic diagnosis.
