生长落后儿童血浆内皮素水平测定

MEASUREMENT OF PLASMA ENDOTHELIN IN GROWTH RETARDED CHLDREN

本组测定２９例生长落后儿童的血浆内皮素（ＥＴ）水平，生长落后儿童以左旋多巴和胰岛素－低血糖两种生长激素（ＧＨ）激发试验结果分为ＧＨ缺乏组和ＧＨ正常组。结果显示：ＧＨ缺乏组儿童血浆ＥＴ水平为４０．０７±２０．７９ｐｇ／ｍｌ，ＧＨ正常组为３９．９１±１７．５ｐｇ／ｍｌ，二组均明显低于正常儿童组（５６．８５±１３．０３ｐｇ／ｍｌ）（Ｐ＜０．０５），此一现象提示ＧＨ对ＥＴ的产生可能有促进作用。

Plasma endothelin(ET)was measured in 29 growth retarded children,ofwhich 22 were identiffied as growth hormone (GH)deficiency with abnormal responces toinsulin- hypoglycemia and L-DOPA test and 8 with normal GH responces,in the meantime,15normal children were also investigated as a control group. The quantity of plasma ET inchildren with GH deficiency (40.07±20.79 pg/ml) and children with GH normal responces(39.91±11.59 pg/ml)was significantly lower than that in normal children(56.85±13.03pg/ml).The data suggest that GH may improve the secretion of ET.
