摘要
本文报道采用鬼臼乙叉甙、阿霉素和卡铂联合方案治疗晚期胃癌２２例。缓解率为４５．４５％，其中完全缓解率９．０９％（２／２２），部分缓解率３６．３６％（８／２２）。主要毒副反应为轻到中度骨髓抑制、脱发和轻度恶心、呕吐。本方案与相似的含顺铂的ＥＡＰ方案相比，消化道反应明显减轻，骨髓抑制相同，缓解率近似。
This article reports 22 cases of advanced gastric cancers treated by the combined chemotherapy of Etoposide,Adriamycin and Carboplatin.The total remission rate is 45.45%,including 9.09% (2/22) of complete remission and 36.36% (8/22) of partial remission respectively.The main toxic reactions are mild to moderate myelosuppression and alopecia,mild nausea and vomiting.In comparison with EAP regimen,nausea and vomiting of EAC regimen is mild with low occurrence,the myelosuppressions are the same,and the remission rates are similar.
