铝冶炼行业职工癌症流行病学调查研究

An Epidemic Survey of Cancer Among the Workers in an Aluminum Metallurgy Enterprise

本文应用回顾性队列研究方法，调查了中国长城铝业公司职工癌症死亡率，结果发现铝冶炼业职工癌标化死亡率为１０１．５３／１０万，居各种疾病死亡率的第一位。其中肺癌标化死亡率为２９．２５／１０万，居各部位癌死亡率之首位，而且明显高于非冶炼业职工和所在区居民的死亡水平，其原因可能与生产环境中放射性氡污染有关。

The mortality of cancer was reviewed among the workers in the changcheng Aluminum Enterprise by retrospective cohort study.The standard mortality of cancer was 101.53/100,000,which came the first cause of death.The mortality of lung cancer was 29.25/100,000 ranging the first place among cancers,which was significantly highher than that of the nonmetallurgy/smelting residents.The cause of higher mortality might he related to the higher radon pollution in the working environment.
