细胞印片辅以快速石蜡切片在急诊病理中的应用

Applying Imprint Smear with Rapid Paraffin-embeded Section to Emergency Pathology

３６２例急诊病理采用细胞印片辅以快速石蜡切片的方法进行诊断。结果显示：两种方法结合进行的急诊病理诊断符合率为９６．４１％，恶性肿瘤诊断符合率９４．４８％，良性肿瘤符合率为９７．９９％。两者各有优势，细胞印片简便、迅速、印片范围广，３～５分钟既可诊断；快速石蜡切片分类较明确。两者相辅相成，比只用单一冰冻或快速石蜡切片诊断要全面而快速得多。

The paper is about applying imprint smear with rapid paraffin-embeded section to 362cases of emergency pathology. It was found that diagnostic accuracy of this method was96. 41 %. The figures were 94.48% in malignant tumors,and 97. 99% in benign tumours. Inaddition,both imprint smear and rapid paraffin-embeded section have their own merits. Theformer is simple,rapid and wide in imprinting area. The diagnosis could be done within 3 to 5minutes. The latter has classification superiority. Both of them supplement each other. Simultaneous usage is much more comprehensive and faster than single usage.
