冰冻及石蜡切片中细胞大小的计算机图象检测

The Computer Image Determination of Cytological Morphology on Frozen and Paraffined Slices

本文采用电子计算机图象分析技术对６种１６例常见肿瘤细胞核的周长、面积、形状因子３组参数，进行了冰冻切片及相应石蜡切片的对比检测。结果发现冰冻切片时核面积及周长均较常规切片时显著增加，而形状因子无明显差异。为病理医师提高冰冻切片的诊断水平提供了理论依据。

Using computer analysis system,we quantitatively determined 16 cases of common neoplasms of 6 kinds.Three parameters (the area, perimeter,form factor of nucleis)were measured on frozen and paraffined slices respectively and comparatively. The results indicatedthat the area and perimeter of nucleis on frozen slices were much larger than those on paraffined slices. However the form factor showed no difference between the two kinds of slices.The results will greatly help pathologists to diagnose diseases with frozen slices.
