摘要
对３４８例妇科肿瘤冰冻切片的原始诊断与石蜡切片对照进行回顾性分析。结果确诊率９６．８４％，未确诊率０．８６％，误诊率２．２９％，假阳性率１．４３％，假阴性率０．８６％。与国内外妇科肿瘤诊断的资料相比较，确诊率与误诊率相仿。本文还着重分析误诊的原因及预防措施。
Three hundred and forty-eight cases of gynecologic oncoma were analysed retrospectively for their frozen sections and paraffin sections. The correct rate of diagnosis was 96. 84%and that of misdiagnosis 2. 29%. The results were the same as the reports by other authors.The rate of cases that could not be definitely diagnosed was 0. 86%,the false positive rate1. 43%,and the false negative rate 0.86%, The reasons of misdiagnosis were emphaticallyanalyzed and preventive measures were discussed.
