TAD－3鸡传染性法氏囊病弱毒细胞疫苗的研究

STUDY ON AN ATTENUATED CELL VACCINE TAD-3 AGAINST INFECTIOUS BIJRSAL DISEASE OF CHICKEN

将ＴＡＤ鸡传染性法氏囊病鸡胚弱毒疫苗适应于鸡胚成纤维细胞制成ＴＡＤ－３弱毒细胞疫苗，其毒价稳定在１０７·５ＴＣＩＤ５０／ｍＬ以上；２８日龄雏鸡免疫接种后１４ｄ抗体琼扩（ＡＧＰ）阳性率为１００％，雏鸡接种１０５ＴＣＩＤ５０证明安全，现场使用效果理想。但不宜以大剂量的ＴＡＤ－３（≥３×１０４ＴＣＩＤ５０）和新城疫疫苗同时。服免疫接种，以免干扰新城疫的免疫效果。

An attenuated Cell Vaccine TAD-3 was prepared by adapting an attenuated chicken embryo vaccine TAD against chicken infectious bursal disease to chicken embryonic fibroblasts. Tee results showed that maintained virus titer was more than 107·5TCID50/ml,antibody positive rate was 100% detected by AGP (Agar Gel precipitation) at 14 days after chicken being vaccinated at 28 days of age, the vaccinated chicken with 105TCID50 was safety, and the vaccine was efficacious on chicken farm. It is advisable to prevent oral vaccinating chicken at high dose (≥3×104TCID50) of TAD-3 simultaneouswith Newcastle disease vaccine from interfernce with efficiency of thelater.
